Mise en scene of detective

We would like the detective to have a suit and tie to show his power. To also show that he is well off. We want him to have a brief case as well to show that he is working non stop and is always on the go. We want the detective to look as though he has his life on track and cares about his appearance as he likes to look smart. we want the killer to have a lot of high key lighting within the sequence as he has nothing to hide. We also want him to look stressed out by fidgeting fast movements and show some anger, we would show this by him throwing stuff off the table. we want the setting to look as though he is is a busy office showing how much work is being done within the sequence to find the killer but we want him to also look as though he is non stop working.
